The Search Process..........

A senior recruiter will discuss the intricate and unique features of your opening. We will find out about your company, the department, the team the hiring manager and of course the requirements for the position.

 

We will then build a campaign base on your specifications and needs. We will target candidates who are successful and have a history of career stability from companies  identified as suitable by you.

 

Through this research, a "long list" of candidates who are possibly suitable and interested is collected.

 

We will then screen candidates by personally interviewing them to determine suitability and interest. We don't just post jobs on the internet or send out email blast; we call potential candidates directly. 

 

Every resume that is presented is an end result of hundreds of calls and numerous interviews to dig into the candidates background to unearth information that may serve to help qualify or disqualify them as a viable candidate for your position.

 

A “short list” will be submitted that consist of several qualified resumes along with detailed interview notes of the candidate’s background.

 

You will decide the candidates you want to interview.

 

We will help manage the interviewing  process.

 

References checks will be conducted from formal and informal sources.

 

We'll be there to consult on a job offer and also serve as a mediator to help facilitate acceptance by the candidate.

 

We will stay in touch with you and the candidate to ensure a smooth transition.

 

We stay involved through out the entire process: the interview, offer, acceptance, resignation, and follow-up.
