Priority Search..........

(Exclusive)

A priority search is a good arrangement when you wish to maintain the ability to fill positions with internal resources while still having a dedicated recruiting professional work on your behalf.

This is our most popular arrangement.

Priority search is simply an arrangement where you provide us with an engagement fee to begin your  recruiting campaign. This fee covers the cost of having a dedicated and experienced recruiter research and customize a search campaign for you. The engagement fee is subtracted from the final fee which is due after the candidate has started working with your organization.

The benefit of this arrangement to you is that your opening is a priority to us and we will commit our resources to filling it. We will create a recruiting campaign that targets those candidates that meet your specification. You will have a dedicated experienced recruiter working on your project from start to finish.

You will receive progress reports from your dedicated recruiter to track the progression of your search.

We will conduct a detailed reference check on every candidate presented. (managers, coworkers, subordinates, and customers).

You will have “first  right of refusal”. Candidates may be presented to other clients, but not until after the candidate has been disqualified by you (or after 10 days of non-responsiveness  from the hiring manager about an interest in perusing the candidate).

Upon agreement we agree to present qualified candidates with a defined period of time 60 Days or less. You will receive up to 3 qualified candidates (based on your specifications).

Your recruitment investment is protected. You will have a 90 days candidate replacement guarantee.

A small deposit is due as an engagement fee (your deposite is refundable if we are unable to deliver).

The remainder is due after the candidate has started working with your organization.

Retainer Agreement......

A Retained Search is by Far the Most Effective Method.

This type of search is best for critical positions, confidential searches, and when guaranteed results are needed.

In its most simplistic form, we guarantee that 100% of our time will be committed to  solely recruiting on your open position.

By paying a retainer fee,  the hiring manager has immediately sent  a message to the recruiting firm that the company is serious and committed to finding the best candidate. This same message will be telegraphed to candidates when we tell candidates that we have been retained to fill the position. Candidates tend to feel that if the position is retained or engaged that is must be important.  It adds a sense of priority and prestige to your opening.

We will dedicate a senior recruiter and a project manager to work exclusively on your recruiting campaign.

We agree to present at least three qualified candidates per opening within a specific period of time until we have filled the position and an offer has been  accepted.

You will receive progress  reports from your dedicated recruiter to track the progression of your  search.

We will  provide a full candidate assessment to include professional profiles, resume, work product example . We will conduct a detailed reference check on every candidate presented. (peers, managers, subordinates, and customers).

All candidates will presented exclusively to you and to no other organization.

Your recruitment investment is protected. You will have 120 days candidate replacement  guarantee.

Under this agreement there is a set payment schedule: 1/3 of the negotiated fee is paid upfront as a retainer, 1/3 is due after first face to face interview or at a negotiated period of time.  The final 1/3 is due after the candidate has started working with your organization.

Contingency Agreement......

A contingency search can be a successful way to go, but is the least effective.

This kind of arrangement is best used  when the position is not critical to the organization,  filling large numbers of positions or when speed is a greater priority over quality.

Typically under this agreement companies or often calling multiple recruiting firms with the exact same requests. With the absence of a retainer, neither party has any level of commitment. Because  other recruiters are likely to be working on the same search we are  less inclined dedicate a recruiter to search on a full time basis.

We will refer candidates to you that we believe to be a match for your position. A fee is due  only when your company hires a candidate that has been referred through our service.

Payment is  due after the candidate has started working with your organization.
